1. TERMS
These terms apply to the sale of Nútrí Acaí Bar's products and services to the consumer here by FVN ehf. The terms are confirmed by confirmation of purchase and payment for the transaction. All transactions are confidential and we guarantee our customers secure online transactions.

2. DEFINITIONS
The seller is FVN ehf Id. 550616-1650. The buyer is the person registered as the buyer of the account. The buyer must be at least 16 years old.

3. RETURN RIGHT
Products can be returned to the FVN ehf store if the product is undamaged and unopened in the original packaging and a receipt is included. In the case of a defective product, contact Heilsuhús's online store for returns. The product must be marked as a gift before payment is made and the required return label will be placed on the product, which ensures a safe return within one month of purchasing the product. In the case of Christmas gifts, the required return is placed on the product. The general delivery deadline for products is 30 days. The cost of return is the buyer's responsibility. If a product is found to be defective, Heilsuhúsið hf will pay for the return of the product.

4. PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES
All prices are stated in Icelandic krónur with value added tax either 11% or 24% and published subject to typing errors and FVN ehf reserves the right not to complete the transaction if the wrong price has been stated. Price changes can occur without notice, for example due to incorrect information or registration. Price changes made after the order is confirmed are not refundable unless it is revealed that there was a typing error or incorrect registration.

We inform our customers if a product that has been ordered is not in stock temporarily and we offer that it will be sent when it is available again. If the product is not in stock for a long time, Heilsuhúsið will refund the customer the order in full once payment has been made.

5. PRIVACY
The seller treats all information as completely confidential and is only used to complete the transaction in question. Information about credit card numbers does not reach the seller, but can be found on the specific website of the relevant payment service. To support our services, online store sales information is stored for 40 days and then rendered non-personally identifiable.

6. SHIPPING OPPORTUNITIES AND COSTS
Shipping costs are added to the price of the product at the end of the purchase process and before payment is made.

7. DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days after the order is fully completed and sent by Íslandspóstur. Home deliveries in the capital area are distributed by FVN ehf on the same day, or the day after the order has been processed from an online store.

9. PAYMENT OPTIONS
